Kg has done it again with some wonderful and easy to learn choreography.  I hope you enjoy them!  Since it was summer we were able to film outdoors.  The format is similar to our first workout - 5 songs with 1 minute drills between them.  We did add a stretch to this workout too.

This is designed to be a cardio workout - not a Hawaiian / Tahitian dance class.  Don't go to Hawaii and request Proud Mary to be played and then do this routine thinking you're doing a Hawaiian dance - it doesn't work that way :-)

My goal is to offer unique, fun workouts without offending anyone and I hope I've succeeded!
